Thank you to the many parents and grandparents who attended our Funky Friday Assembly. That has to be the most adults we have had watch a Funky Friday Assembly.

Congratulations to Bow and Didi who were presented with Oscars this week. Bow is just a superstar! He has a fabulous attitude to learning and works so hard. He is also loving being responsible for the library.

Didi loves school. She doesn’t stop smiling and produces work of the highest level. She is so conscientious, always wants to do her best and thoroughly enjoys our singing assemblies.

Congratulations also to Damien, Joseph, Rosie and Delilah who received Gold Awards.

Golden Ticketers

Golden Ticketers this week are: Sienna and Sidney (Minnows), Freya and Benji (Seashells), Finn and Lydia (Starfish), Amelie and Frances (Dolphins), Etienne and Lilah-Belle (Lighthouse), Cleo and Cassius (Coral) and Eadie and Jazmin (Ocean). You are all fantastic!

Attendance Matters

Coral Class achieved the best attendance this week with 96.6%. They chose to have Clyde for the week. It has been a while since a class chose him. Clyde also makes an appearance in the link at the bottom of the blog.

Frances and the Titanic

Well done to Frances (Year 3) who produced a fabulous model of the Titanic as part of her home learning. Apparently, her model “went down really well” with the rest of the class.

The PTFA have kindly purchased a new sports kit for the school. Beatrix in Year 5 designed it. How good are we going to look in forthcoming sports events?!
