The school office is open from 8.15am to 4.00pm.

Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children enter via the main gate at 8.40am. A member of staff will meet them on the gate before they enter the relevant classroom door. The gate will close at 8.50am. Children who are late should enter via the main office to be signed in.

At the end of the day Year 1, Year 2 and Reception children are collected by parents (or other named adults) from the playground near the classroom doors, at 3.15pm.

Children in Years 3 – 6 can arrive at school via the Cheal Close gate from 8.40am. The gate will close at 8.50am. Their finish time is also 3.15pm.

Year 2 children are also invited to enter via the Cheal Close gate if that is easier for the parents.

If for any reason Reception and KS1 children are not collected they are taken to the school office by a member of staff. Older pupils should also return to the office and notify staff that they have not been collected. A telephone call would be appreciated if parents are unavoidably delayed. Children will be looked after until collected.

There is a break in the mornings for all children:

10.30am – 10.45am

There is a staggered lunchtime between 12 midday and 1pm
