Hello everyone.
Every Saturday morning, I have the pleasure of uploading the amazing photographs of your children engaged in learning activities. It fills me with pride when I see just how much we offer at Shoreham Beach Primary. Well done everyone and thank you to the staff.
NURSERY
A huge thank you to the many people who have emailed and shared their interest in the school running a Nursery. This is something we are very interested in and are currently exploring the possible options with West Sussex Local Authority. There is clearly a need and demand for it on Shoreham Beach. Watch this space!
FACTOID OF THE WEEK

Here are some learning moments in and around school captured by Mrs Noble:
FUNKY FRIDAY
Thank you to the many parents and grandparents who attended our Funky Friday assembly yesterday.
OSCAR
Congratulations to Tom (Year 5) on being presented with an Oscar. He was nominated for his kindness and hard work.
According to Mr Strudwick, Tom’s work is always beautifully presented, even in the earliest drafts, and reflects a level of care far beyond their years. He is an absolute pleasure to have in the class, always kind, respectful, and eager to learn. Outside the classroom, he shines just as brightly with a love for gymnastics that is truly inspiring. Mr Strudwick once saw Tom at a trampoline park, confidently flipping and twisting through the air with the same focus and energy he brings to school every day. Well done Tom

MINNOWS MAGIC
Phoebe’s Grandad kindly sent in some jam for the children to have on toast. The children (and staff) loved it. Thank you Phoebe’s Grandad.
POND LIFE
Our pond is more established this year in terms of plants, snails and other pond life, but unfortunately, no Tadpoles. If any children are willing to donate some pond life – it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much to all the parents, staff (and their families) who attended the Thermomix Evening. It was a great event, with interesting cooking demonstrations and delicious food to try. Thermomix have gifted us one of their all-in-one appliances to use with the children. Many thanks also to the Thermomix team who put on such a great display
