Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well and had a fabulous summer break.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday next week (2nd September). A very warm welcome goes to new pupils and families joining us.

MEAL PROVIDER

We have a new WSCC meals contractor starting with us next week. They spent part of the summer replacing the appliances in the kitchen. I believe information was sent out to you before the summer break.

UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION

Please ensure the school office has all updated contact information.

MOBILE PHONES

A reminder that mobile phones are not permitted in school. If you require your child to have a phone for safety reasons when travelling to and from school – please remind them that the phone must be handed in at the school office.

BUILDING WORKS

We are expecting the front entrance to the school to be extended and to become more welcoming to visitors. I will let you know when this work will begin and any changes that will need to be put in place.

BEACH TRAGEDY

We are all shocked and saddened by the tragic incident that happened at the local beach over the summer. Our priority is always to support one another during difficult times and if your child was affected by the devastating events, please ensure the class teacher is aware. We will endeavour to do our best to assist anyone who needs help processing this tragedy.

STAFF UPDATE

A very warm welcome to Carmen Bowers who is our new SENCo. Her working days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
