Hello everyone.

I would like to start by saying a huge thank you to the many parents and grandparents who attended our Funky Friday Assembly yesterday. Thank you for your many positive comments. It is always lovely to hear your comments about the children and how much they (and you) enjoy it.

Congratulations to Juliette, Delilah, Hannah and Lena on receiving Gold Awards.

During the assembly we phoned Mrs Shukla and Miss Phillips to see how the ‘Young Voices’ rehearsal was going at the O2. It would seem the rehearsal went well, but the evening performance was out of this world. This morning Mrs Shukla informed me that everyone had a brilliant time and the children were a credit to the school. A massive thank you to the Mrs Shukla, Miss Phillips, Mrs Ayres, Danielle and Simone for ensuring our children enjoyed themselves and remained safe. I hope you all slept well and spent a few extra hours in bed this morning.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity of wishing our Year 6 pupils the very best of luck in their SATs next week You are an amazing cohort and I know you will do your very best. Rest, sleep well, eat well and we will see you on Monday for breakfast.
