The school office is open from 8.15am to 4.00pm.

RECEPTION, YEAR 1 & YEAR 2

Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children enter via the Minnow's gate at 8.40am. A member of staff will meet them on the gate before they enter the relevant classroom door. The gate will close at 8.50am. Children who are late should enter via the main office to be signed in.

At the end of the day Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children are collected by parents (or other named adults) from the the classroom doors in the playground, at 3.15pm.

YEARS 3 - 6

Children in Years 3 – 6 can arrive at school via the Cheal Close gate from 8.40am. A member of staff will meet them on the gate before they enter the relevant classroom door. The gate will close at 8.50am. Their finish time is also 3.15pm.

Year 2 children may enter via the Cheal Close gate if that is easier for the parents.

If for any reason Reception and KS1 children are not collected they are taken to the school office by a member of staff. Older pupils should also return to the office and notify staff that they have not been collected. A telephone call would be appreciated if parents are unavoidably delayed. Children will be looked after until collected.

Year 6 children may walk home on their own if the office and class teacher have been made aware.

If you have arranged for a different adult to collect your child at the end of the day - please inform the school office as soon as possible. They will then pass this information onto the class teacher or whichever adult is teaching your child's class.

BREAKTIME

There is a break in the mornings for all children:

10.30am – 10.45am

LUNCHTIME

There is a staggered lunchtime between 12 midday and 1pm
