Happy New Year

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are okay.

It is so important that we continue to work together, be supportive of one another and stay strong over the next few months. 2020 has been an unprecedented year and the challenges we (and the world) have faced with COVID-19 will certainly be present in 2021. With that in mind, I wanted to look forward and give you a little bit of positive…….

As you know, our ambition is to offer an exceptional education for Shoreham Beach pupils. We have already made several strides forward but there is still a great deal to achieve in the forthcoming months. The curriculum is currently being developed, there are plans to develop parts of the building, Reciprocal Reading will be an integral part of the week, we have a plan for wrap-around care and there will shortly be some news regarding birthdays! All very exciting.

I haven’t actually had the chance to meet and greet you in an official capacity (something that I would have normally done in September) so the governors are currently arranging an opportunity for this to happen virtually. Watch this space.

Please find below some photos of the outstanding artwork that has been produced and is on display in the hall.

Please also check out the curriculum newsletters on the school website to see what you child will be learning when they return to school on Tuesday 5th January.

Happy New Year everyone.

Stay safe.
